FAQs

How often should I train?

3 times a week. You should have at least one day off inbetween your workouts. Make sure to do each workout at least 3 times, before you move to the next one

How much does the HIIT the Beat app subscription cost?

The subscription costs €17 / $17 per month or €149 / $149 per year(saving you the equivalent of three monthly payments)Your subscription includes full access to all workouts, regular new content, and 4 live Zoom workouts per month. You can find the exact dates and times of the live workouts directly inside the app

Can I train barefoot?

Yes you can, but make sure the floor is not slippery. when you start to sweat there is a risk to slipp off

Can I repeat the workouts?

Yes, you can repeat them as often you want. You should do a workout at least 3 times, before you move to the next one

Are the English and German workouts the same?

No, they are different. If u can speak both languages you can switch the languages and you will experience different workouts

Can I use the App without a subscription?

No, the HIIT the Beat app is only available with an active subscription.

This allows us to deliver high-quality workouts, continuous updates, and live sessions – ad-free, without hidden fees, and with a consistently premium experience.

I missed a Zoom workout jam. Will there be an recording?

No, we highly recommend the live session to experience the best workout feeling and get advice by our instructors

How often there will be new releases of the seasons?

There will be at least one new Seasion each 4 month

What should I do, when I did all seasons?

Congratulations. That means you are a workout monster. Of course you can do all the workouts, what you like again to collect point and reach out for a higher fitness level. And you should send us an e-mail to info@hiit-the-beat.com and let us know which season should be next. We will hurry up to produce new Seasons for you again. In the meantime you should definitely visit our Zoom Workout Jams with the creator Petair. There you always will get new workouts live!

Can I skip the Tutorials of the exercises?

Yes, you can use the fast forward button and it will skip the tutorial. But we recommend not to skip the tutorial and just use it for your little break until the next round starts
